Pecan praline Yule log

Pecan sponge, pecan praline, Dulcey chocolate ganache
Serves 6–8

Gluten, eggs, dairy products, nuts

Take the Yule log out of the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving.

For slicing, use a smooth-bladed knife that has first been run under hot water. Wipe the blade clean between each slice for a neat, clean cut.
